"Eternal Promise" aims to enhance the transitional ritual of using padlocks on a bridge to represent love. The concept is to foster the idea of infinity, a motif shown in every element of the design. To finalize the ritual, the fountains on the site complement the arch as a place to discard the key in the descending flowing waters, representing their love as infinite.
